The beautiful Cherry Creek Trail takes you through the heart of Denver. The shady trail meanders along Cherry Creek and provides much to see including gardens, waterfalls, urban art, Cherry Creek Mall, parks, bridges and yes, hot shirtless men running on their lunch hour. It is a moderate paved trail that is mostly flat but there are some places where there is a short climb to move from the creek level to the street level. There is about 1.5 miles that runs along 1st Avenue although the trail remains on a sidewalk adjacent to the street. Absolutely no street riding!
