Cycling Coordinator: Terre Topp

Call (719) 475-0608 (preferably before 8pm)

As our 2024 cycling season comes to a close, I want to thank everyone for participating in the rides – in and out of town – from ‘sweeping’ to suggesting lunch spots. Your contributions were essential to having a successful 2024 season! I also want to send out a HUGE thank you to all of our amazing ride leaders. Your dedication and hard work in planning and leading made each ride fun, memorable and safe. All of our rides fill up quickly since our riders want to participate in each and every ride. This causes our rides to fill up and now requires us to have an official waitlist!

Since the last newsletter, we’ve had out-of-town rides to Glenwood/Aspen and Summit County. We also had rides in Denver and Pueblo and some great intown rides, as well. All of these rides were enjoyed by many riders!

As I hand over my responsibilities to Jose Vargas (who I’m confident will do an exceptional job!), I want to thank everyone for making my job easier, from ride leaders to Board Members Amy and Lisa and of course, my co-coordinator, Dan Akerhielm. I enjoyed having the position of Cycling Coordinator and it has been a great RIDE! Dan will remain on as Cycling Coordinator.
